5 Ways to Wear Your White Button Up

One wardrobe staple every women should have is a classic white button up shirt. I love this look and with the new colored jeans trend this is a perfect little twist to just wearing your button up with regular jeans.

2.  Pair with a Colorful Blazer:
Nothing is more classic that a white button up and blazer but be sure to spice up the outfit with a cute colored blazer. This is great for the summer with a pair of shorts or jeans in the winter. If using a great colored blazer either keep the colors neutral or do some great color blocking.

3. Get our your most Fab Skirt!
You can pair a white button up with any great skirt in your closet, make it a special night out with sequins or keep it basic with stripes.

4. Maximize your Maxi Dress
The 4th look is a white button up tied over a Maxi Dress, you can also wear this with a maxi skirt as well. I love this look paired with a great leather jacket and flats or gladiator sandals.

5. Black & White
The last look is the traditional black and white. Add a bold necklace or belt to really make the look stand out. You can even pair with black tights if its chilly.

Go Crazy with Color Blocking

Pin It I have one big rule in fashion, never match your handbag to your outfit. Color Blocking is a great way to step away from the traditional and add some color to your life. I always like to select accessories that will make me stand out instead of blend in. Get out your yellows, cobalt's, turquoises, hot pinks, purples, oranges and lets get creative!

I love yellow with either turquoise blue, cobalt blue, or be bold like above and mix both!

I absolutely love color blocking my shorts. There are so many colors that work wonderful together. The orange and pink is classy. You can go bold with bright colors or keep it more subdued with pastels.

You will be surprised at how many colors go amazing with each other, don't be afraid to add several different colors!

And here are two looks I created. I absolutely love using yellow for color blocking, it goes great with so many colors including turquoise, cobalt blue, purple, and red. Cobalt Blue and Green is also another color blocking combination I love. Don't forget your accessories, choose colorful bracelets, earrings, handbags, and shoes. Don't feel everything has to match, throw in a random color, believe me it will work. There really is no rule to color blocking, I've seen every color mix and matched, just keep it to the same hue, don't mix a neon with a pastel and you're good to go!
